How It Works

Schedule
We work out a plan to clean your fleet when it is most convenient for you. Most facilities have us come several days throughout the week if not every day.

Clean Between Loads
Only time we can clean is when the trailer is clear. When the trailer comes back from a rout have it unloaded, we will clean with purpose, and the trailer will be ready to be reloaded in 10-20 minutes.

Communicate
After a day of cleaning an audit of the day will be reported. We will also keep on top of what trailers have/have not been washed over time so we know which are at the very top of the list.

The best cleaning method for your private refrigerated fleet depends on your wastewater requirements and how soiled trailers typically are after each load. In most cases, we pressure wash the interior of the trailer while simultaneously using a high-capacity vacuum system to capture all wastewater. This process provides 100% containment, ensuring that not a single drop of wastewater reaches the ground.
The primary consideration then becomes proper wastewater disposal. In some locations, nearby wastewater treatment facilities are available for disposal. In others, additional steps may be required, such as filtration, pH balancing, oil-sock treatment, or other approved processes. We work closely with local regulations to ensure full compliance and alignment with the 1972 Clean Water Act.
If wastewater management is a significant challenge at your facility, we also offer alternative cleaning methods that greatly reduce—or completely eliminate—wastewater generation.
